Many people suffer from a condition called anxiety, and as such many have turned to relaxation and art therapy to help them deal with their condition. In most cases this type of treatment is effective, but as in all things there are always a few that fail.

EFT has been used successfully by many to treat many anxiety related disorders, including social anxiety, panic disorders, phobias, and depression. This particular therapy is useful because it focuses on “down regulation”up regulation” in the nervous system. The goal of EFT is to identify the balance that the body feels in each area of the nervous system.
